The meeting will be held at the historic Amway Grand Hotel, on the shore of the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids. All meeting sessions for the conferences will be held in the Pantlind Ballroom of the hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel for meeting attendees at a special rate of: $119.00 single and double occupancies, $129.00 triple, and $139.00 for quad occupancies. For federal employees with a valid ID, a government rate of $80.00 per night is available (note that this special rate is limited to the first 25 federal employee reservations). To receive these special rates, attendees must request a room under the ‘AASC Annual Meeting’ room block. Hotel reservations must be made prior to 6 June 2009. A credit card is required for a guaranteed reservation. Reservations made after that date are on a space available basis and special room rates may not be available. You may also make reservations for additional nights at the special rates either side of the conference subject to room availability. We urge you to make reservations early since space is limited. For reservations, call the hotel directly at 800.253.3590 or email: reservations@amwaygrand.com. |
